The canonical track specification places A2 before retaining counsel, during attorney interviews, immediately following retention, in existing litigation, during counsel transition, and in complex administrative proceedings.

Primary Objective
Create one governing architecture for the entire matter.
The useful result is a common map of chronology, actors, record, procedure, issue hierarchy, authority, weaknesses, remedy, and review posture that a responsible user can inspect. It does not guarantee that the map will favor the client or that a court, agency, opposing party, or adviser will adopt it.
Responsible User
The blueprint informs authorized action; it does not transfer authority to NLI.
Client or party
Uses the blueprint to understand the matter, improve intake, preserve records, identify questions for counsel, and make informed scope decisions while remaining responsible for complete and accurate disclosure.
Counsel or authorized professional
Evaluates and adapts the instrument within professional duties. Counsel retains legal advice, privilege, strategy, drafting approval, filing, advocacy, and professional responsibility. The institution retains decision and remedy.
Adjacent Tracks and Dependencies
A2 can reveal earlier preservation needs or later specialized work.
These relationships are routing guidance, not a mandatory sequence.

Pre-Counsel Architecture
May precede A2 when immediate preservation, first response, or counsel selection is still controlling.
A3
Evidence Architecture
May follow or overlap when custody, missing material, witnesses, chronology, or evidentiary gaps control the blueprint.
A4–A5
Filing or Hearing Architecture
May translate an accepted architecture into work for a filing or live decisional event under the responsible professional’s authority.
A6–A8
Review Architecture
May be required when preservation, an existing ruling, appellate posture, extraordinary review, or Supreme Court continuity controls the matter.
A matter exposing process-created leverage, institutional failure, or durable-closure needs may also route to Counter-Lawfare & Institutional Correction or Settlement Architecture after fit review.

- A2 does not create an attorney-client relationship or replace legal advice.
- NLI does not promise acceptance, judgment, settlement, review, savings, or another outcome.
- NLI does not file, advocate, exercise institutional authority, or decide the matter.
- The blueprint extends only as far as the declared record, assumptions, scope, and professional constraints remain intact.
- Materially incomplete, false, abusive, or restricted use may require refusal, suspension, correction, or termination.
Engagement and Pricing Route
Begin with inquiry and fit review.
The current fit-review estimate is $500–$1,000, subject to confirmation before payment or work. A2 project pricing depends on record volume and condition, urgency, forum, parties and institutions, counsel coordination, deliverable complexity, public sensitivity, posture, travel, and hard costs. No fixed A2 project price is approved.
