Learn the Method Behind the Work
NLI develops education and professional training in records, evidence, authority, bounded questions, remedy, institutional architecture, reciprocal settlement, and lawful closure.
Education supports NLI’s applied practices. Completing a course does not create professional licensure or authorize legal representation.
NLI Professional Training
Potential institute training includes:
- record and chronology architecture;
- custody and missing-evidence analysis;
- Three Questions of Adjudication;
- controlling-question development;
- adjudicability assessment;
- remedy and closure mapping;
- appellate preservation;
- institutional-failure diagnosis;
- public accountability and evidence;
- reciprocal settlement and governance.
Offerings will be published when curriculum, faculty, scope, and enrollment terms are approved.
NLI Academy
The Academy is NLI’s separate education property at naturallawinstitute.org.
It may provide structured courseware for students and advanced readers who want depth in the jurisprudence and broader theory supporting NLI’s applied work.
The Academy website remains separate from NLI’s applied-practice website.
Research and Books
Readers seeking the foundational corpus can explore:
- Natural Law volumes;
- Recursive Organizational Theory;
- adjudication and lawful closure;
- institutional and civilizational research;
- reading lists and videos.
Institutional Training
NLI may scope training for:
- law firms;
- civic and public-interest organizations;
- institutional teams;
- founders and governance bodies;
- professional and educational groups.
Training scope must state audience, learning objectives, materials, faculty, limits, and whether continuing-education credit exists. NLI will not imply accreditation that has not been granted.
