Possible falsifier
Valid authority for the act, absence of cognizable injury or responsibility, or lack of an available corrective instrument.
Material limitations
This does not itself create standing, jurisdiction, a private cause of action, access to quo warranto, or authority in a proposed relator. The available instrument and authorized actor must be established independently.
Correction path
