What Is The Most Essential Economic Principle?

Me: Waiting for EEE to state or avoid stating:

  • (a) Traditions, Values, Norms, maximizing individual responsibility producing individual agency
  • (b) natural law + common law that prohibit authority and force secularization, rationalization, and empiricism (
  • c) demographic composition – meaning the distribution of the size of the classes – meaning average IQ – meaning the ratio of the smart fraction to the rest – meaning adaptive velocity of the population.
  • (d) where a,b,c result in high-trust, because high trust determines economic velocity, the complexity of organizations, and limitation on corruption.
  • (e) where the greatest capital we call knowledge and behavioral capital, consisting of incremental discovery, application of, and adaptation to the laws of the universe – laws that all other civilizations evolved to evade – can only be constructed in the best human capital.

BUT…. even my favorite economics channel won’t touch the third rail of political economy because the truth is too painful and too counter to the postwar anti-western, anti-Darwinian explanation for the disproportionate success of European civilization in the indo European expansion, the Mediterranean expansion, the European expansion uniting the globe and dragging mankind kicking and screaming out of ignorance, superstition, hard labor, poverty, starvation disease, suffering, and the vicissitudes of nature – hating Europeans all the while for our imperfection in doing so.

When will we restore ‘science’ to economics in particular, and social sciences in general? When will we stop promising the world they can achieve European development without European demographics, traditions, values, and informal institutions?

Europeans only discovered their success by accident of history – only ‘Pirate Economies’ can survive on the steppe and only ‘Pirate Political Systems’ can compete on the steppe. Because the origin of pirate politics is what we call entrepreneurship, or contractualism, consisting of rule of law, contract, and the prohibition on authority to violate either. That’s the origin of western civilization.

That’s why European gods are competitors not dictators. That’s why only Europeans are trifunctional rather than monopolistic in their institutional powers.

That’s the Economic Essentials Explained that states the full, complete, truth of why everyone COULD adopt European rule of law, by natural laws of cooperation, that are, in turn, laws of nature. But not everyone is willing to pay the high cost of that rule of law, or those laws of nature, and adapt as do Europeans to nature: because they are the most psychologically and emotionally costly possible.

And all other cultures instead chose to evade laws of nature by social, religious, or political construction. And in doing so all other civilizations ‘failed’ by 800ad, and began to stagnate or regress, and abandon previous experiments with reason, empiricism, science, and … individual responsibility.

Are we willing to teach the truth? Or to keep promising democracy is a good rather than a luxury good that results from universal maximum individual responsibility under rule of law of the natural, common, empirical, law of tort.
