People Need Rule of Law. That’s it. Everything ‘good’ emerges from rule of law.

KONSTANTIN, ALL:

1) Excuse the caps as emphasis, but it’s necessary.: The first principle of our advanced western civilization is “RULE OF LAW Of Sovereignty in Demonstrated Interests, and Reciprocity in Display Word and Deed.” The only way to cooperate, organize, and institutionalize at scale under RULE OF LAW OF SOVEREIGNTY AND RECIPROCITY is through markets of voluntary cooperation. Those markets include the court for the resolution of disputes, capitalism for the production of goods, services, and information at scale, and democracy for the production of commons.

The reason democracy fails elsewhere is that RULE OF LAW SOVEREIGNTY AND RECIPROCITY is the institution that must be produced and distributed throughout the entirety of the polity, and once that has been achieved, capitalism will evolve, and if you are successful enough at capitalism, you can produce democracy as a luxury good, that assists in the selection of priorities in the production of commons.

Democracy is not an intrinsic good. Capitalism is not an intrinsic good. The only intrinsic good is Rule of Law of Sovereignty and Reciprocity. Or what the founders of the USA called ‘Natural Law’.

We sell democracy (the end result of successful rule of law) and consumption (the end result of capitalism under rule of law) before explaining the high cost of institutionalizing rule of law of sovereignty and reciprocity and the extraordinary psychological, emotional, and physical burden or the responsibility each of us carries under rule of law of sovereignty and reciprocity.

The truth is everyone wants the output of the extremely high cost and extremely burdensome civilization we call the west – and we lie to them – that’s right, we LIE to them, that it’s democracy and or capitalism, or worse, social democracy, that will bring them equal standards of living. But that’s just simply false.

The problem is institutionalizing rule of law and the high cost of all of us responsible for self, others, the commons, and our institutions, and the suppression of all the ‘cost avoidance’ in the form of ‘responsibility avoidance’ that the vast majority of people seek with their every thought word and deed.

If you want to ‘get to Denmark’ you have to start with germans. If you want to start with germans you have to start with rule of law of sovereignty and reciprocity, and Christianity – or at least Christian ethics, whether secular, traditional, or fundamentalist. And to succeed at indoctrinating people in to rule of law and Christian ethics, you need a demographic distribution capable (meaning genetically fit) for producing a majority middle class, because the demographic distribution is sufficient to produce some competitive advantage or other on the world stage of innovation, organization, finance, production, distribution, and trade.

Russians are sufficiently Christian. They are sufficiently responsible. They are sufficiently self-sacrificing for the commons. But they are prohibited from producing the institutions of rule of law by a government that fundamentally applies the same strategy as the Mongols and Boyars that they inherited that government from.

Centralized power is a source of psychological comfort but economic, cultural, and social weakness. It allows the individual to evade responsibility for his or her government. And that is the opposite of the rule of law: “The distributed dictatorship of each sovereign man willing to prevent centralization of authority.” That’s what ‘democracy’ means.
