This universal system of measurement, a science of decidability, completes the Aristotelian project with the Wilsonian Synthesis of uniting the formal, physical, behavioral, and evolutionary science into a single testable unambiguous, internally consistent, and externally correspondent paradigm.

This universal system of measurement can then be used as the foundation for decidability in all disciplines, then as a consequence, in Law, and then in a constitution of scientific, political, economic, social, and familial order, we call ‘Natural Law”.

As such, the output of our work is a constitution of natural law: a scientific law, rule, government, economy, polity, commons, and family. And from this constitution, we may construct different polities for different peoples dependent upon their individual and group capacity to adapt to the laws of nature.

So is this logic, science, law, philosophy, morality, or theology? Under Our Natural Law they are all the same – as long as they are not false.

Overcoming The Problem:
Solving for what you think is the good, instead of the true from which we can derive the good. 😉 (Same as justification vs falsification; same as mathiness vs computation.)

Existence: The Physical Universe

WHEREAS;

Causality: All causality, and all of existence, results from the universe’s attempt to release pressure by decreasing dissipation (entropy) or increasing organization (negentropy). 

  • Causality = Pressure > Discreetness > Differentiation > Persistence = Existence.

Causality consists in:

  • Discrete Existence: The Universe and all in it demonstrably exist.
    • Existence requires persistence.
    • Existence requires discrete differences.
      • All differences are discreet (not continuous)
        • All discreet differences can be described computationally and operationally, while only some differences can be decribed continuously either mathematically and verbally.
  • Differentiation: The Universe is under pressure. (we don’t know why)
    • This pressure produces discrete differences accumulating in continuous differences (universe, background, ‘aether’).
      Note: differences are concrete and discrete (computation), and information is abstract and continuous (math, calculation).
    • Entropy is limited: given the conservation of energy means energy cannot “unexist” because he background is always under a minimum pressure, so there is a maximum tolerance in the background for absorbing dissipation of energy (decay).
    • The Universe can only resolve this difference in pressure through an increase in energy density – accumulating in the creation of matter, or an increase in volume – accumulating in the creation of space.
    • An increase in energy density can only be accumulated as spin (charge), by the decrease in volume and therefore pressure, and the conversion of pressure into organized motion over time, in opposing spins. (ask him? is charge a net, or an absolute?)
    • Any decrease in differences in pressure by an increase in energy density by spin can only persist (survive) by an increase in opposite spin (equilibrium).
    • The combination of entropy(-) vs negative entropy(+) > into polarization (+,-,=) as creating the opportunity (potential) of accumulation into a stable relation. Polarization produces instrumentation (potential operations) as the first process, means, method, of organization.
      • Permittivity: The ability of the organization(material) to store energy 
      • Permeability: The ability of the organization(material) to organize that energy into a magnetic field(inverse of resistsance)
      • Polarization: The density of energy in motion(frequency) in a direction.
      • Electromagnatism: The forces produced in proximity to the organization by the organization of energy into polarities (densities in motion).
    • These oppositions in energy density we call polarity.(+),(-).
  • Persistence(existence) by Combination as a Stable Relation
    • Resulting in either a stable relation (quanta, steppe function, marginal difference) (=), or in an unstable relation that will decay (collapse) back into the background (!=).
    • Increases in spin beyond the universe’s maximum rate of spin, can be resolved only through expasion by the sequence of vibration, and increases in maximum vibration only resolved by transfer (waves).
    • Increases in the energy density of waves through combination then recursively by combination into stable relations we call matter.
    • As such, Under Pressure (Positive Pressure), The Universe only has the following four choices of organizing to release that pressure:
      1. Vibrate (emit waves) (Wave, Frequency, Movement)
      2. Rotate (externalize) (Polarity, Velocity)
      3. Accumulate (increase) (Charge, Space)

    • And as such, Accumulation is an emergent order from pressure, vibration is an emergent order from accumulation, spin a subsequent emergent order from vibration. As such all fundamental processes evolve toward organization by the capture of energy by the defeat of entropy, through recombination.

Accumulation of Scale of Energy Capture, Conversion into the Ability To Do Work, by Recombination (physical processes): There exists opportunity for innovation and adaptation by evolution in the phyisical spectrum:

(Note: We are intentionally generalizing the anthropocentric term Acquisition across the spectrum of physical, biological, and sentient discovery of opportunity for work in the transformation between relations, or capital in the form of stable relations.)

Biomolecules: The capacity to do work, by the use of organization to create differences, storing energy necessary to produce transformations in state, which accumulate in additional information creating additional potentials for additional transformations: the transformation of energy inputs into outputs where the primary output is persistence of the organization itself.

Requirements for ‘Biomolecules’:

  1. Potential for Recombination: Generation of Potential Combinations: Carbon is almost unique in its ability to generate Potential Combinations.
    1. Persistence: Carbon-carbon bonds are strong and stable, which generates potential for molecules that need to maintain their structure under the variable environmental conditions inside living organisms.
    2. Complexity in Permutations: Carbon can form four strong bonds with other atoms, generating the potential for the formation of complex, stable structures.
    3. Comlexity in Organization: The ability of carbon compounds to exist in multiple  structural forms (isomers) adds another layer of complexity and functionality to organic molecules.
    4. Complexity in Cooperation: Carbon can bond with a wide variety of other elements, including other carbon atoms, generating the potential for the formation of dynamic long chains, branched structures, and ring-shaped molecules.
  2. Organizing Potential Energy: Organization of Energy into Potentials to Do Work:
    1. Lipids: Separate the cell from the rest of the environment. Composed mainly of carbon and hydrogen, they serve as long-term energy storage, insulation, and make up cell membranes, that’s necessary for cells to organize.
    2. Carbohydrates: Create structures that organize the cell. Composed of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, they serve as energy storage and structural components, and allow for multi-cellular organisms.
  3. Performing Work: Proteins: Made up of amino acids, which contain carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen, they perform work.
  4. Storing Information: Nucleic Acids: DNA and RNA are composed of nucleotides that contain carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and phosphorus. They store and transmit genetic information.

Requirements for Life:

  • Behavior refers to the operations(actions) of a lifeform (phenotype) whether cellular(prokaryotic), eukariotic(internally cooperative), multicellular(externally cooperative), cooperative life in time, whether biological, neurological, or physical, and consists of input, transformation, and output, meaning sense-perception, prediction-evaluation, response-action, in the spectrum of biological, neurological, psychological, and social contexts.
