TO DO:

• Explain for the average citizen the commonlaw traditin, how it served england, how it served the colonies, and how and why the founders used the process that they did, and how and why we can legally (and morally as well) use the same process.
  And that it is our last resort before civil war.
• Explain what we need to produce and have produced.
• And how the process will work going forward.
